Your personalized care plan includes, but is not limited to,
- Understanding your physical and emotional care needs
- Scheduling and understanding your routines
- Putting together your emergency care plan
- Assisting with homemaking tasks and other logistics
- Once the assessment has been completed, your care team will review and find the right caregiver match based on your care plan. Your care team will then reach out to you to finalize and initiate your care service.
